God keeps his promises. That’s the message for today. Give me two minutes and let’s dive into God’s word to see how you can apply His truth to your life today. it all on the altar for God and he did with Isaac and God said, I’m going to reward that obedience. I’m going to, I’m keeping my promises to you, and this is what I’m saying. So we pick it back up in Genesis 22:16, and it says “and said by myself, have I sworn saith the Lord.

For because thou has done this thing and has not withheld thy son, thy only son. That in blessing, I will bless thee and in multiplying, I will multiply thy seed. As he had said before, I will multiply that seed “as the stars of the heavens and as the sand which is upon the seashore and thy seed

shall possess the gate of his enemies.” Basically, God’s reiterating his promise. He’s saying, Hey Abraham, you know that promise I made to you. I’m honoring it. I’m keeping it. More than that, I’m reinforcing the fact that I’m keeping this promise to you.

You know, I love this. I love this verse because it basically tells us that our assurance of salvation when we believe in the sanctified blood of Christ that cleanses us, God promises to give us an eternal dwelling place an eternal heaven for us to reside in.

God keeps his promises. Keep that in mind when the enemy is trying to tell you “No, did God really say that? No, don’t believe him. No, don’t say that you fight against that.” You say “no”. Yes, God keeps His promises.

God honors His word. He is not a god of lies. He does not go back on His word. And I’m encouraging you today to remember that. Keep that in mind as you move about your day. God keeps his promises and in that we rest our faith, our hope and assurance. Till’ next time,
