Although we have pretty good weather most of the year, one of the things we don’t have down here in South Florida is a definitive change of seasons. This compared to most of the country further north. Here it’s green year round and the only indicator of a season change is the grass turning brown or a few trees shedding their leaves.

One of the strangest things that has happened this year is the blooming of the mango trees which started in December. Earlier this year there were a few hurricanes and strong storms which came close and through. It appears this chaotic weather has confused the mangos trees in addition to the heavy rains in December.

This reminds me of how the storms in our lives can throw us off in our seasons.

Read:

Read and meditate on Ecclesiastes 3:1. What does this verse tell you?

Pray:

What season of life are you in now?

Meditate / Make It Real:

What is holding you back from moving forward? How are you or will you move forward or have you moved forward?
